AutoWorth is built on a simple principle: your vehicle information belongs to you. AutoWorth is designed as an offline-first vehicle ownership application. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app uses, how it is handled, where it is stored, and what control you have over your data.
01 How AutoWorth Handles Your Data
AutoWorth is designed to work primarily on your device. The information you enter into the app is used to provide its vehicle management features, such as maintaining vehicle profiles, tracking expenses and fuel or charging records, recording maintenance, setting reminders, maintaining documents and viewing vehicle history.
AutoWorth does not require you to create an account to use its core vehicle-management features. The app is designed so that your vehicle records can remain on your device rather than being routinely transmitted to Vrionix Labs servers.
02 Information We Do Not Collect
In normal use of the app, AutoWorth does not require:
- Account registration or a password
- Your name or email address to manage a vehicle
- Uploading your vehicle records to Vrionix Labs servers
- Continuous location tracking
- Advertising profiles or advertising identifiers for the core app experience
AutoWorth is intended to keep the vehicle information you enter under your control. However, information you voluntarily include in your vehicle records, documents, photos, notes, or exported files may contain personal or identifying information. You should therefore avoid entering information that you do not want stored with your vehicle records.
03 Information Stored Locally
AutoWorth may store the following information locally on your device so that the app can provide its features:
- Vehicle Information: Make, model, year, VIN, license plate, mileage, purchase information, specifications, and other vehicle details you enter.
- Expenses: Fuel or charging costs, maintenance costs, service expenses, purchase-related expenses, and other financial records you choose to add.
- Maintenance Records: Service history, maintenance items, dates, mileage, costs, notes, and reminders.
- Fuel & Charging Records: Refuelling or charging entries and related consumption or cost information that you provide.
- Trips & History: Trip information and vehicle history that you choose to record.
- Value History: Vehicle-value information and related entries you create in the app.
- App Preferences: Settings and preferences required to provide the app experience.
This information is used to calculate and display vehicle statistics, costs, history, reminders, and other features within AutoWorth. It is not intended to be sold or shared by Vrionix Labs for advertising purposes.
04 Photos, Documents & Reports
AutoWorth may allow you to attach vehicle photos, documents, receipts, service records, and other files to your vehicle records. These files are selected or created by you and are used only to provide the corresponding in-app functionality.
AutoWorth can also generate reports, including PDF reports, from the information you have entered. Generated reports are created for your use and may be saved, shared, or exported through the operating system's available sharing mechanisms. Once you choose to share or save a generated file outside AutoWorth, its handling is governed by the destination app or service you choose.
05 Backup & Restore
AutoWorth provides backup and restore functionality so that you can preserve and move your vehicle records. A backup may contain the vehicle information and other app data necessary to restore your records.
When you export or create a backup, you are responsible for where you save it and who you share it with. If you upload a backup to a cloud-storage provider, send it to another person, or otherwise transfer it outside AutoWorth, that provider or recipient may process the file according to its own privacy practices.
Vrionix Labs does not have access to a backup file simply because you created it in AutoWorth. Keep exported backups in a secure location and delete copies you no longer need.
06 Third-Party Services
AutoWorth is designed to provide its core vehicle-management functionality without requiring third-party analytics, advertising, or user-tracking services.
The app may interact with operating-system components or services when you use features such as file selection, photo selection, document access, PDF generation, notifications, or sharing. Those components operate according to the permissions and privacy controls provided by your device and the relevant service provider.
If third-party services are introduced in a future version and they materially change how information is collected or processed, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.
07 Data Security
AutoWorth's local-first design reduces the need to transmit your vehicle records over a network. The security of information stored locally therefore depends in part on the security of your device, operating system, screen lock, storage, and any backups you create.
We recommend keeping your device updated, using an appropriate device lock, and protecting exported backups and reports because anyone who gains access to your device or an unprotected exported file may be able to access the information contained in it.
08 Children's Privacy
AutoWorth is not directed specifically at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account or online registration system.
Because AutoWorth is designed primarily for local vehicle management and does not require an online account for its core functionality, the app does not intentionally establish a profile of a child or collect children's personal information for advertising purposes.
09 Managing & Deleting Your Data
You have control over the vehicle information, records, photos, documents, and other content you create in AutoWorth.
- Delete individual vehicle records or entries using the relevant features in the app.
- Remove photos, documents, maintenance records, expenses, fuel or charging records, and other information you no longer want to keep.
- Delete exported reports or backup files from the locations where you saved them.
- Uninstalling AutoWorth may remove locally stored app data according to your device's operating system and app-storage behavior.
Because locally stored data is not maintained as a server-side copy by Vrionix Labs, we generally cannot recover information that you permanently delete from your device. If you have an exported backup, however, that separate copy may remain until you delete it.
10 Changes & Contact Us
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to AutoWorth's features, data practices, or applicable legal requirements. Any updates will be published at this URL with a revised Last Updated date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing Law: This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the applicable courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, subject to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
