01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoWorth – Vehicle Manager, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

02 Description of Service

AutoWorth – Vehicle Manager is a vehicle valuation and information tool designed to provide users with estimated values for cars based on information entered into the app, such as vehicle details, condition, usage, and other relevant factors supported by the service.

AutoWorth is intended to provide convenient informational estimates and does not constitute a professional vehicle appraisal, inspection, purchase offer, sale agreement, or financial advice.

03 Vehicle Valuations and Estimates

AutoWorth provides estimated vehicle values for informational purposes only. Any value displayed by the app is an estimate and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed selling price, buying price, trade-in value, or market offer.

Actual vehicle prices may vary significantly depending on factors including, but not limited to, local market conditions, vehicle condition, mileage, ownership history, service history, accident history, modifications, location, demand, availability, dealer pricing, and other factors that may not be fully reflected by the app.

You should independently verify the condition and market value of a vehicle before making any purchase, sale, financing, or other transaction decision.

04 Use of the App

You agree to use AutoWorth only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law.
• Use the app to generate, manipulate, or obtain information for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes.
• Submit false, misleading, or intentionally inaccurate vehicle information for the purpose of obtaining an estimate.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, damage, or interfere with the app's functionality or related services.
• Use automated systems or methods to access, scrape, copy, or reproduce substantial portions of the app or its data without permission.
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices within the app.

05 Accuracy of Information

The quality of an AutoWorth estimate depends in part on the accuracy and completeness of the information provided by you. You are responsible for ensuring that the vehicle information you enter is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

AutoWorth does not guarantee that any estimate is complete, current, accurate, or representative of the actual market value of a particular vehicle. Market conditions and vehicle values can change over time, and estimates may not reflect real-time transactions or prices available in your area.

AutoWorth should not be used as the sole basis for purchasing, selling, financing, insuring, or otherwise making a material decision concerning a vehicle.

06 Intellectual Property

AutoWorth – Vehicle Manager, including its name, logo, design, user interface, original content, and software developed by Vrionix Labs, is the property of Vrionix Labs or its licensors, except for third-party materials and open-source components used under their respective licences.

You may use the app for its intended personal purposes, subject to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Vrionix Labs' trademarks, logos, branding, software, or other proprietary materials without prior written consent.

07 Third-Party Services

AutoWorth may use third-party services to support certain functionality, including advertising, analytics, app distribution, crash reporting, hosting, or other technical services.

These third-party services may operate independently from Vrionix Labs and may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of or interaction with such services may be subject to those third parties' terms and policies.

Vrionix Labs does not control and is not responsible for the practices, availability, content, or policies of third-party services.

08 Disclaimer of Warranties

AutoWorth – Vehicle Manager is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

• The app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or available at all times.
• Any vehicle valuation or estimate will be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
• The estimated value will match the actual price at which a vehicle can be bought, sold, traded, financed, or insured.
• The information provided by the app will reflect all relevant local or current market conditions.
• The app will be compatible with all devices, operating systems, networks, or future versions of third-party services.

You use AutoWorth at your own risk and remain responsible for independently evaluating any vehicle or transaction before making a decision.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vrionix Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, AutoWorth – Vehicle Manager.

This includes, without limitation, losses arising from reliance on vehicle valuations or estimates, vehicle purchases or sales, financial decisions, differences between estimated and actual vehicle prices, inaccurate information entered by users, or interruptions or failures of third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Termination

You may stop using AutoWorth at any time by uninstalling the app from your device.

Vrionix Labs reserves the right to discontinue, modify, suspend, or restrict access to AutoWorth, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal, technical, or business reasons.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new features, legal requirements, changes to AutoWorth, or changes in our practices.

Continued use of the app after revised Terms are made available constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Any updates will be published with a revised Last Updated date.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of AutoWorth – Vehicle Manager shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any consumer right that cannot be waived or restricted under the applicable laws of your country or region of residence. Where such non-waivable rights apply, this section shall be read subject to them, and shall not be interpreted to reduce the protections you are otherwise entitled to.
